I received an email from a local photography studio wishing me a happy anniversary, and offering a discount on a sitting. This, of course, stems from the fact that a year ago I was supposed to marry Nate. In fact, that was my entire reason for starting this blog, to catalog wedding chores.
It's odd how much can change in a year and a half.

Things can change so much in a flash. :( There were times that I never thought I'd make it another day, that I could never live with what pain I was going through (loooong time, 15 years ago). Now, I look back and DAMN! I did it!! :) but if I had known the pain ahead of time, I would have said I'd never make it. That was major. That makes the pain of someone hurting me so much a bit less.
